Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Schematicraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service
  • By registering, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older
  • If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

User-Generated Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the schematics, images, descriptions, and other content you create and upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content to Schematicraft, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, and display Your Content on the platform
  • Process and analyze Your Content for platform features (e.g., block analysis, format conversion)
  • Make Your Content available to other users according to your privacy settings
  • Create derivative works for platform functionality (e.g., thumbnails, previews)

This license continues until you delete Your Content or your account, except for content that has been shared with or downloaded by other users. This does not affect copies of Your Content that other users have lawfully downloaded or shared prior to deletion, which may persist outside our systems.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • You do not have the right to share
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains inappropriate or adult content
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

Commercial Content and Self-Promotion

You may link to your Patreon, Ko-fi, or other creator page from your user profile. However, every schematic uploaded to Schematicraft must be downloadable for free, directly from the platform.

You agree not to:

  • Upload placeholder, incomplete, or misleading files that direct users to pay elsewhere for the actual content
  • Include external links in schematic descriptions (profile links are the appropriate place for creator pages)
  • Use schematic uploads primarily as advertisements for paid content on other platforms

Brief mentions in a schematic description that more content is available on your profile are permitted. Schematicraft is a free-download platform. Creators are welcome, but every post must deliver a real, complete build.

AI-Generated Content

Important: AI-generated content (including descriptions, tags, and suggestions) is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

  • AI features are provided as a convenience and may produce inaccurate results
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing
  • We do not guarantee the availability or performance of AI features
  • AI-generated content should not be relied upon for critical decisions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download content without permission
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
  • Sell or transfer your account to another person

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Schematicraft platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Minecraft Trademark

Schematicraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All Minecraft-related content, including block names and game mechanics, are the property of Mojang Studios.

Copyright Complaints

We provide this contact as a good-faith mechanism for copyright complaints; we may update or formalize this process as the platform evolves.

Service Availability

  • We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEMATICRAFT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Content uploaded by other users
  • Third-party services or links

Indemnification

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
