What .schematic cannot store

  • Modern block states, which are mapped down to legacy IDs where an equivalent exists

Notes on Legacy MCEdit

  • This is a pre-1.13 format. Modern block states are mapped down to numeric IDs plus data values, and states with no legacy equivalent cannot be represented.
  • Blocks added after 1.12 have no numeric ID and will not survive the round trip.
